No. Our registry will only accept the original document or a faxed copy.
Do I have to fill in the Application Form again to make an additional application to invest?
To make an additional application to invest, please complete the Additional Investment Form in the How to Invest section of this website.
Please mail or fax this completed Additional Investment Form to Citigroup’s Registry Department at the mail address or fax number at the bottom of the Additional Investment Form.
What information can I access via the Client Portal?
The Loomis Sayles Client Portal gives you access to a range of information and enables you to:
- access current and post-November 2020 statements
- Access Annual Tax Statements
- access full transaction histories (up to 7 years) and holdings reporting
- access online data updates including account contact information
What is not available via the Client Portal?
Statements issued before 30 November 2020 are not available on the Client Portal.
Please Contact Us for any statements or information not available on the Client Portal. At this stage investors cannot transact online (make additional investments and withdrawals). New investors can only submit initial applications online – please refer to the How to Invest page.
